AF Cramps but No Period

Hi everyone!!

To make a long story short, my husband and I have been trying to conceive our first baby since September 2015. I have many hormonal issues including similar symptoms to PCOS (irregular periods/anovulatory months). For the last few cycles, they have been pretty regular 27-31 days but this cycle is weird. I use FF to track everything and this month it was saying that I O'd either CD 12 or CD 27. It kept changing and now it says that I didn't ovulate at all. I'm currently on CD38 and I have had AF type cramps for the past 4-5 days but no period. I had a really light pink spot on Saturday night but nothing since. Usually, if I start spotting, AF will show up within 24 hours.

One last thing, usually a week or so before AF, I get really sore boobs. I have no other symptoms besides a small amount of bloating.

I'm so confused about what's going on! Any help would be great! =)

I actually experience similar things as you, irregular periods/cycles and almost never ovulate(cycles ranging from 19 days to 103). From what I see on your chart I don't think you've O'd yet. Most of mine look like that and I've never gotten a positive opk and doc said that it looks like I haven't O'd in a while when I had ultrasounds done.
What I've recently been trying is vitex, I'm actually just 30 some days into it now. Surprisingly I think it's helping already. If you think you have issues with not enough progesterone I think it's worth a try. Just an idea.
I don't know about your symptoms right now, I experience all kinds of whacky stuff with all the hormones going crazy. Hope I kinda helped!

I took Vitex back in December right before my period and I think it messed with my cycle. That cycle I didn't have cramps but I was spotting/light bleeding for 12 days. I normally have heavy and painful cycles so it threw me off.

I never thought trying to conceive would be so frustrating!!

Maybe your preg, when i got my bfp 2014 ( mc) i thought i was getting my period, i was crapping but nothing, i took a test and was a BFP. i hope you get your bfp soon as i pray we all do!!

By the way, when you got your BFP, were you charting? If I wasn't charting I probably would have tested by now.
