Af late charting bfn still???

I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what's going on, I've been getting negatives I have some symptoms but could be pms as well. I had weird light cramping on my left side at 10dpo but stopped couple days later. I just feel off, like I'm going to get a cold or something. My chart went triphasic but then temps went down and now up again. I don't know whether I'm in or out at this point. Chart is below. Any words appreciated!!

Your chart looks good still to me - how long is your lp usually?
Can you ask you doc to do a beta test? If not just test again in a few days. Good luck
