Hi there, I was out for a run today (2dpo) and after 10 mins had the worst AF cramps and had to stop. I've had this once before, also just after Ov and am wondering what it is. I've read a few other things on my google search but none of them are coming from a ttc angle. A few have mentioned endo or cysts and I just wondered if anyone else had this experience? I haven't been diagnosed with either and had a ultrasound to check a good 5 or 6 years ago. Maybe this has changed though. Grateful for any help.

Thanks!

Unfortunately I do not have an answer but I have experienced the same thing, usually after ovulation but not any day in particular. It has been going on with me for about a year now, during most cycles but not necessarily all of them. My FS thinks that I "might" have endo but I have not been officially diagnosed. I brought these pains up to her and all she said was it was not necessarily a bad thing. She said if my body tells me to stop then I should stop.

I don't have an answer either. I have endo, and it doesn't sound like something I get, but that doesn't mean it's not that. It would be unlikely to only get pain at that time I think....
What stage are you at ttc?x

Sometimes it can just be ovulation pain, and nope, it's not speicifically connected to endo or anything else, and it's completely normal :) Endo is quite a specific type of pain and set of symptoms so if you have them you'd have a bit more of an idea (google endo symptoms). :)
