After 3 pregnancies, still not sure...

I havent been in tuned with body as much as I have lately. I have endometriosis and with each pregnancy, the obvious signs was the absence of my excrutiating AF. Im older now and not quite sure.

>I hear about the sore breasts but only my nipples have bn very sensitive. As if aroused nonstop.
>About a week or so after we hd sex I was feeling some crampi.g on my left side for about two days. No spotting. But it felt like menstrual cramps. Two weeks prior to AF.
>I have been so sleepy. Started around when the cramps began.
>About week ago I was hungry. Huge appetite. This was when my period was due.
>I am week late and my appetite has decreased.
>My sense of smell hs intensified.
>I am nauseated with certain smells. For example, I love the smell of cleaners. Now the scent is too strong.
>I am constantly having headaches. Almost dizzy at times.
>No pain with my scar tissue from endometriosis at all.

Yet all the HPTs are negative. I dont want to be pregnant because my ex left me for another woman. But it is hard to deny the signs. Also, when I lay in my stomach, I feel a small bump in my lower abdomen. Ive always had a pooch from precious pregnancies. But never uncomfortable to sleep on. Ive been bloated before bit was still able to lie on my stomach.

Any advice? Excuse typos...lol

It could be stress making your AF late. Especially where you were having trouble with your ex. Maybe make an appointment with a dr. Hope you get the answer you are hoping for.

I agree with pp - time for a blood test... you definitely have pregnancy symptoms but I have had them all lots of times and haven't been pregnant at all. Stress and illness can do crazy things to your cycle. xx
