am i the only one who cant live without them?
Maybe its because im starting to get a bit depressed being at home all day and I know being tired all the time is a depressive thing, however its also a pregnancy thing. I cant get to the 3pm without struggling to keep my eyes open!
Very much looking forward to having a purposeful routine sometime in the next few weeks! And look forward to being tired from actually doing something, rather than the tired you feel because you are just a bit blue?
i know i need to force myself to go out walking etc, but the tiredness really hinders me. maybe tomorrow ill start trying to go out a walk before lunch, or take my book to the pub round the corner for a cuppa tea!
