I was hoping you could help?
I stopped breastfeeding 4 months ago and I have had 3 periods since. I am doing ovulation tests and tracking my temp so I know I ovulate etc but my lutheral phase is really bad it's been...

8 days (just come on today!)
Obviously this is bad and wouldn't sustain a pregnancy.
Before I had my daughter I had long cycles and still have longer cycles now. I took agnus cactus and it changed my LP from 9 days to 11/12! But I have forgotten how to take it. Do I start today on CD1? How much do I take and for how long?
The pills I have are from H&B and are 4MG.
