Hi,
I have been taking Agnus castus for the past three months and charting my cycles. 1st cycle was 39days long and ovulated on cd27. But 2cycle was anovulatory as per the temps and was spotting for few days before full flow periods. This is my 3rd cycle and I m on cd20 but started spotting from cd18. Today it was more than spotting but nothing on the liner though. I am not sure if and when I ovulated. Please have a look at my chart.
Any thoughts anybody? It's really driving me crazy.
