Agnus Castus (Vitex)

hello ladies,

I have been off BC for about 2yrs now and have been NTNP. I suffer with long cycle lengths. anywhere from 34-70 days. I have just purchased some OPKs and have been considering starting agnus castus to see if this would decrease my cycle lengths. I have also been for an internal ultrasound to check for PCOS and they said it didnt show anything.

Anyone got any advice on this and also know any reliable UK suppliers preferrably online.

Hi Hun! I started AC in the middle of my last cycle and that was 51 days long without ovulation and this cycle oven ovulated cd14/15.
So I feel like it has definitely helped.

I am taking 1200mg daily and I got mine online from Hilliard and Barrett.

Thanks hun just fed up with these long cycles and even if I am ov (which I dont know if I even am) it should help regulate it. I looked at the site and they dont do them online :/ might have to just go in and get them

I haven't seen any difference, but only have been taking it a few days. The plus side is that I've experienced no side effects! Hoping that once my OPKs are delivered, I'll be able to pinpoint exactly when and if I'm ovulating! I will let you know though

I have been taking it for 3 months. Big diff for me! I used to have spotting all throughout my LP. The spotting has now decreased. I am spot-free for 3 weeks. And I may get some drops during the last week prior to my period. However, its not as bad as before!
