feel cheeky posting this in here, as im not ttc, but im sure you lovely ladies can help me best :D

i have been taking agnus castus for about 3 weeks( i have horrible pmt) and im just wondering, i have had 2 periods this month!

i bled on the 16th jan-22nd and starting spotting last night, and have had slight spotting today(like start of af) is this just it begining to work?

hope u can help :D

Wish I could help you. I tried finding out how soon it works but I couldn't. Some sites said it could take months.

Yvanne I think it's normal, as agnus castus is also used to treat women with abnormal and irregular cycles. So during the initial period it is almost as if its trying to regulate your cycles and the bleeding is just your body starting to repond to it.
-The full benefits of using agnus castus are supposed to be achieved within 4-8 weeks, so I would see how things go and hopefully by 8 weeks things will have settled down.

its not a full blown period, its just kinda spotting! is wot i usually get a few days after sex lol tmi i know!!! but i aint had sex in about a month!! so i know its no tht !! thanx guys :D

I take Vitex, which is like angus catus in pill form. I haven't had irregular periods, but I noticed my last one was very light compared to normal. (I get wicked pms and very bad cramping) but this last cycle I had none of that. Been taking it for around a month or more now. It says it takes a while to start to be affective, and says you're not really supposed to see any improvement for a couple of months....Are you sure the bleeding is not related to O? Are you pretty regular with your cycles, and Ovulating? Thats the only thing I can think of.....Seeing as how it can't be implantation bleeding...

Not too sure honey...
