I've been 100% off any alcohol ever since I got pregnant as advised.
So, are foods like spaghetti vongole ( mussels & pasta cooked in white wine) and casseroles like beef casserole cooked with red wine to be steered clear of too? I was wondering if the high heat from the cooking process evaporates away the alcohol and only leaves behind the flavour.
