Alex's Grave

Hi I hope you dont mind me posting these, but I want to show off Alex's grave, ok it doesnt look too good as he has no headstone but he has his own little garden and its the best I can do atm.

Alex's funeral day...yes most of his 12 balloons DID get stuck in the tree, made us all smile though it was like he was tying them all to the branches to stop them blowing away but luckily it was breezy hehe!!

These were his flowers the day of his funeral...still fresh and white (they turned pink for some reason now...I tell people when they visit him that I honestly havent done anything to them and I know hes a boy lol)


Alex when it started to get dark, Ive rearranged him a little but I like this picture he looks busy hehe.


Spent an hour putting this fence up it was annoying I needed it perfect...not bad from the 99p shop i say (used tent pegs to put it up God knows what people think) lol.


And finally... Alex's grave finished in the daylight...


Thank you for looking, I still like showing him off, even though its not in the way I would like!! Sorry for the overload.

Awww thank you, I love it when I log on and see people have lit him a candle Of course I dont mind!!

Im 'ok' today thanks. Been busy up with Alex, I painted his cross so it doesnt get all weathered until we get him a headstone. I like finding things that I can still do for him even though its not what most mummys get to do for their little ones!!

oh hunni no need to apolgise you daft thing thank you for sharing alexs pictures with us his grave loooks gorgeous and am sure when his headstone is up his grave will take pride of place in the cemetary. (though am sure it does even without it!).

we just bought some pink balloons for jessica to let into the sky after the service. daft question i know but did you blow them up yourself or did you use helium? i know in the past when i have blown balloons up they float to the ground rather rising up lmao! x

I think the balloons really make the perfect ending to the day, its really nice We had them blown up at the shop with helium and had them tied with white ribbon! xxx
