Is the duffer hooey quite small? Harry had one in blue 12-18m but it was tiny! I loved it though! If it's a true size I'll have it xx

I would say its on the smaller side of 12-18 but Finnlay wore it up to about 16mths I think.I can compare it to a next 12-18mth Top if that helps?x
