Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an all terrain pushchair? Because of where we live we need a pushchair that we can take on country / beach walks, but I don't reckon we'll use it that often (as we want to get a baby carrier aswell) so I don't want to spend too much...

So far I quite like the Mamas and Papa 03 Sport (£180)

The Mothercare Urban detour 3 wheeler extreme (£300 with travel seat)
https://www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B000IERJUW

or the cheaper option...
the graco 3 wheeler excursion (£140 with travel seat)

Anyone got any feedback on the above or another pushchair that might be a good option??

It's so hard to make a decision as there is SO much choice :dohh: (my head hurts )

Cheers xx

My own opinion, but i think 4 wheelers would be better for off roading then 3 wheelers would be. I think theyre more stable.

Thanks AG :)

Anyone know of any 4 wheelers that would be good for off roading? It's just all the ones i've seen have quite small wheels and I'm guessing the bigger the better

Any suggestions appreciated xx

My OH has an obsession with off roaders, ill get him to have a look at some for you

I have the Graco one. Its fab though i haven't used it yet obviously. It was great on the test drive.

Cheers hun :D Are you planning on using it on beaches / country walks etc?? Do you reckon it's sturdy enough for this? It's a fab price, I can't get my head around why it's so much cheaper than the others (and with the car seat aswell)!!

Also, do you know whether the pushchair lies completely flat so it can be used for newborns (it doesn't seem to say on the description)?

(Sorry for all the questions )

We have the mothercare trenton (same as a graco one) as a spare, its been good over the fields next to us.

Ok so far i've spotted this one

Plan to use it for all that. Don't think my dogs would like it if we stopped going to the beach. lol. The pushchair bit doesn't lie completely back but would still be suitable for a new born although i think we are going to use the car seat in it as it clips in so easily. We also got the base for the car to make things easier.

No idea why its so cheap but we really did shop around and it was the only one we both liked. It's so light and easy to collapse down. Also it's not as bulky when folded as some of the others.

I have this but in the double version:

Used to slate these heavily before I got one! Now its the best thing since sliced bread, and great for off roading. I cannot rate it HIGHLY enough!Few issues with it, but the positives out weight he negs!

Apart from Valentines buggy he showed I would NOT recommed 4 wheelers for fields etc and I used ot have a big bulky graco, so if you need to off road you want light weight!

good luck with your choice!

xx
