Almost 29 weeks and having cramps

So I had my apt on Thursday and everything checked out fine. Saturday night/Sunday morning while I slept I woke up to some minor cramping. I changed positions and the cramping seemed to go away. Again this evening I am having minor cramping every so often. It's very minor but it's enough to be a little discomfort and noticeable when they are there. The cramps last about a min roughly and are just scattered about. Past 90 mins had it happen two times. What is this?

Dunno but I've had em for about 6 weeks now ... Mw said it can happen...
They're not real contractions...
Drink lots of water and tell your mw if your concerned
