Am I 14 DPO or 16 DPO?

Hi! Can you help me determine if I am 14 DPO or 16 DPO? FF says I o'ed on CD 30, but I am wondering if I had a fallback rise and actually o'ed on CD 28. We have been TTA and used protection around my o date this month, but I am wondering if I may have gotten pregnant anyway ...I've had sharp cramps and sore bbs for my entire LP which is very unusual for me. Every once in a while I have sharp leg cramps or slight nausea/dizziness. I got BFNs a few days ago and am now just waiting to see if af shows up. I am very curious if right now I am 14 DPO or if I am already 16 DPO.

Very hard to say as the middle temps are rough...looks like between cd18/19, as cd20 may be a fallback temp.
If you didn't temp at the same time, you may want to try the temp adjuster below to see if it would show a clearer idea.
Also, I see dashes in cm parts on those days, but that can vary alot if you are dehydrated or maybe didn't check.
Either way I would say you are not off by much either way, and you noted O pain where your CH are, so you would be 15dpo
Sorry, if I am stuck deciding, just go with the LATEST you think you O'd, that way you don't stop testing too early.
