Am I crazy trying to conceive at 43

Hello everyone I’m 43 with a loving husband and two daughters 20 & 13 I been wanting another baby since our last one but never really tried never used anything but now I’m really wanting another baby and scared I lost my chance I’m 9 dpo I tested on 8 dpo with a bfn should I test again please someone some advice

Not crazy, good luck. Might be worth going to the docs for some test to check it's all good down there.
