Ok so here's the recap of this month so far :

Sep 3. CD 1 - normal cycles 28/29 days suspected O Sep17/18
Sep 9. BD
Sep 14. EWCM ,no BD, Neg opk
Sep 15. Dry dry dry ! Neg opk , BD
Sep 16 . EWCM again , neg opk BD
Sep 17. Watery CM , neg opk but OV pains
Sep 18. BD

What do you ladies think ? Am I covered for this month ? I've only been ttc for about 3 months and haven't quite got the timing down . Any advice for next month if this time doesn't work?

If I were you, I would keep taking OPKs to see if one turns positive at all during your cycle. You would be surprised at how often people have "normal" 28-29 day cycles, and ovulate at crazy times. But I'd say looking at the days you BD, if you did O in there then you are covered for sure! Good luck!
