Hello Well I done soy cd1-5 and I'm not sure if I've ovulated yet? What do you think?
If I haven't well I think its going to be another long cycle
Should I take soy cd3-7 next cycle and take 200mg everyday from cd3-7?
This is driving me crazy and I'm a Impatient person when it comes to ttc but I know I have to wait.
What should I do with the soy? xx
