Am I making pregnancy symptoms up?

I don't know if I'm slowly driving myself mad!

I suffer from PCOS and have cycles which when my PCOS is bad can rannge from around 200 days to recently around 60 days.

I am currently on CD59.

For around the past couple of weeks I have had breast tenderness which could indicate AF is coming.

However over the past few days I've been feeling sick in the mornings and quite dizzy and faint at times.

I have a HPT coming with my weekly shopping tomorrow so will test.

Part of me just wonders why I am getting my hopes up when I pretty much test every cycle and get the same negative result. I mean the chance of me conceiving naturally right now are pretty slim.

We are due to go back to the FS on the 21st Jan and hopefully start Clomid for the first time.

Why do I continue to put myself through this rollercoaster of emotions only to be disappointed??

this is intertesting as i used to think i was makign symptoms up.
i have started ivf treatment and for the past 3 weeks i have been on the pill.
i have not had ANY of the symptoms i normally feel. so it made me think all those symptoms must have been real

also when ttc naturallu and in the 2wwi really felt that i was pg - heavy tummy ( which i now know is a symptom) i never have had a bfp but i have a thin lining so bfp is unlikely to happen

so getting back to your q, i think sometimes you genuinely feel symptoms becuase SOMETHING is happening, if may not be a bfp but the egg/sperm could still fertilise and start the process, so who knows.
hopefully your Fs appt will give you some answers

Well it seems like I haven't made up my symptoms because I've just tested and........I'm pregnant!!!!

This was the first test where I didn't want to take it as I had such a feeling that I was preganant but didn't want to get my hopes up.

I have no idea how far along I am as technically I am on CD60. I might splash out on one of those Clear Blue conception indicator tests.

Yay! Yay! Yay!

CONGRATULATIONS...I WAS FEELING THE SAME WAY THIS MONTH AND I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BLOCKED TUBES BUT SOMEHOW HAD A MISACRRIAGE IN NOVEMBER..IM GOING TO TAKE A TEST ON FRIDAY..YOU MADE ME HAVE HOPE AGAIN

Ha ha i think everyone goes through it! i have lost count of the times i have said to my OH this is the month! Then when you test you feel gutted...... then it's back to square one. At least we can support each other xx

I don't think I'll be happy until I can see the little bean on a screen. According to the pregnancy calendars I'm currently 6 weeks!
