Am I on the right track?

Hi everyone, over the last 2 weeks I've been told I have pcos and my thyroid levels were very high(35.6!) fri 8th I started on metformin 1x 500mg a day plus a thyrectic tablet. After a week I increase I increase my metformin to 2 a day because I had no side affects what so ever not one! And still I'm have none taking 2 I'm worried now that they are not working.. I would Prefer the horrible side affect just so I know it's in there doing something! We have been trying for 3 years now I really hope it's doing something to help

didn't want to read and run... havent really got any advise, except for the obvious... always get in contact with your doctor if you think your medication is wrong!
