4dpo, no symptoms except twinges (which could be uterus just moving and stuff), creamy cm and High, medium closed-ish uterus. Are my chances for this month blown?

I got a few suspicious symptoms only the day before BFP with both my children and as for this cycle I started getting symptoms last night that are a bit stronger today and i'm about 10-11 dpo *I think* and they could turn out to be nothing at all yet ; )
