am I really out for this month? :(

The first day of my last period was around 4 weeks ago, however they have always been a little irregular (normally around a 32 day cycle). Last week, I noticed a light pink stain in my underwear. The day after, I experienced increased clear, non-smelling discharge with a couple of TINY dots of blood in. I took a HPT yesterday and it came back negative.

I've also been extremely tired and headachey. Started to feel a little nauseous too, not actually throwing up (woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely sick etc, coms and goes throughout the day). These symptoms only started in the last couple of days though.

I'm not on any birth control and have had sex with my partner every other day since my last period. I've had none of the symptoms of AF. I don't want a definitive answer but what are the chances that I've conceived?

If you go statistically 25% of BFP if you have unprotected sex around the right time so I'd take a test.

I am completely confused at the minute, we hardly did the dance all month never seemed to when my EM was good and I've got a BFP today.
