Am i thinking too much or could it be?

Okay so I have always had a regular period. It usually comes around the 20th of every month and is usually accompanied by horrible cramps (woo hoo) In March i didn't get my period so i tested and it came up negative and on the 30th when i thought i was getting it i only got very light bleeding for a day or so with absolutely no cramps. Since the 1st of April up to now i have very sore breasts (which i never get even on my period) Ive had some mild lower back pain and a huge increase in appetite, I have also put on some weigh.. Ive gone from a size 3 in pants to a 5. which i know shoulnt be any sort of a sign this early, I plan on testing tomorrow again but im just wondering if any of you ladies have had anything similar and turned out to be pregnant??
