Amber teething anklet

Afternoon ladies. I need some advice about an amber teething anklet I've bought. I got it from Amber Pumpkin on Amazon and it hasn't come yet. But now I regret my decision. I think its on elastic and not cord (or whatever it is) and its not clasped. I have seen an adjustable one on Dino Daisy and I was wondering if that would be better. I jumped in as I was excited to get hubby to agree and now wish I'd researched more. Will it be ok or have I made a mistake. I think I could send it back or I can keep it as a spare.

How old is your LO? If you're able to keep the anklet covered all the time it's worn e.g. under a sleepsuit it should be fine, but if it's likely to be played with at all I would get one on thread with a clasp. I wouldn't be confident that a sock would be enough to hide it, I'd definitely want it under a sleepsuit or similar I think.
