I've just got my latest blood tests results back which are both good and bad.
3 weeks ago my ferritin levels were at 6 and my HB was at 9.8. Today my ferritin levels have dropped to 4 but my HB has gone up to 10.4.
Should I be concerned or is this a good sign? I spoke to my GP receptionist and she said she would get me a telephone consultation with a doctor today but then she spoke to the doctor who said it was nothing to worry about and I can wait and speak to them on Monday - I assume because of the laid back attitude of the doctor I have nothing to worry about.
Anyone else in the same boat?
I should point out I can not tolerate iron tablets as i'm sick with them. I can not tolerate much in this pregnancy as most of the time it just comes back up. I'm still on sickness meds so I can drink like a normal person.
