Has anyone heard of or used Anbesol for Teething. Was recommended it yesterday but have never heard of it

If you have used it how did you find it? and what one did you use?

:coffee:

I love it!
I really do, we got ours from behind the medicine counter at asda... It works wonders for us!
<3

EDIT: We dont use the baby one, we use the adult one!

Hi hun. The first time i had heard there was a baby anbesol was on BnB. I could only find the adult ones in my Boots and Superdrug but i have found the teething one in two local chemists.

It's fab. I have even used it on myself with good effect!

It is different to gel though. It is a liquid. I soak a cotton bud in the solution and then rub the gums with it. It cost me nearly £5 but it lasts ten time longer the gel tubes!

We use this and calpol (not both at the same time lol) and it's great. I remember my mum used to have some in the house when i lived there. I'm sure the "baby anbesol" is the same as the adult one but don't quote me on that. I bought some for about £3 in the co-op pharmacy. The bottles tiny but it lasts a while. :)

We swear by it here, its the only thing thats actually worked for us. x

The adult one is n a black and white box, the baby one in a green and white box:thumbup:

Another fan here, it's great! I just asked for it at boots and I don't know if it's specifically for babies as it says things like mouth ulcers on the packet, but it also says for teething pain so I think it's all the same x

It's fab I use it for my ulcers alot better than gel as it goes where you want it to instead of just moving around the mouth

I was wondering the same. Was actually just talking bout it yesterday
I've used it when I split my tooth and had nerves exposed. Ouch. So id assume it would work for babies

for Charlie I think it works better than anything else. When hes teething I put that on before a nap and he goes right to sleep, without it he screams......

Its fab! We've just starting using the liquid after reading about it on here and trying a number of different gels and powders with no success. Its really easy to apply too x
