You would think after 2 years of suffering with IF, IUIs and IVF that he wouldn't have been so obnoxious. I would hate for any of his kids to read his blog when they're older.

I am kind of in the same boat with LTTC #2, and I am terrified of having twins as well. I'd be scared of what it would do to our finances and all of the time suddenly taken away from my dd. However, if I get a bfp I'm sure I would be delighted and deal with the challenges in the best way I can.

That right there just pissed me off big time. How dare someone go through IVF KNOWING the possibility is out there that multiples could occur and then turn around and say that they "don't like them" or "are pissed" about it. I don't know what I would give up to have that experience. But I don't have the luxury to fork out thousands of dollars on a maybe like these dimwits did.

After our eight rounds of Clomid and six years of this LTTTC, we decided to forgo trying to have a baby right now. We are not even sure if we'll even venture back into that territory again because it's too damn painful. I don't post much on here anymore because of my previous statement, but I couldn't NOT respond to it.

The nerve of people...they don't realize what gift they were given. Instead, they look at it as a mere inconvenience that they are having twins.

I completely agree on all levels, we can't afford I've either on the "chance" it might work, but if we could, we would be ecstatic to have twins, and yes the idea would be scary too at times but we have worked so hard and for so long that we would still feel very blessed!

Watching my twins playing in the garden whilst I read this and I am shocked, disgusted and so angry. What an awful awful way to think of these two innocent children who are supposed to be loved unconditionally by their parents. Not only by the one writing the article, but the people he also spoke to at the start of the article. If i ever heard anyone describing raising twins as 'the worst thing you can imagine' I'd give them a pop round the head. Let me say that twins aren't easy, they are a real challenge and then some, and I am not the most patient or calm person in the world, but they are so unbelievably special and their bond with each other grows stronger everyday which is such a beautiful thing to watch. The things that this guy has written down is just plain disturbing to me. I truly pray that their attitude changes fast

I work in a juvenile corrections school & I am often frustrated by the number of pregnant teens that have abortions. One girl had three abortions last year. I would do anything to finally have my baby and this girl gives up three? In one year.

I do believe strongly in a woman's right to choose, but sometimes, I want to scream.

They sound like extremely selfish people that only want things the way they want them...I'm so mad!

Multiples is so common in IVF...if you don't want them, then have one embryo put back instead of wishing your babies away!!

If you're living in a 1-bedroom apartment ... you have no right to be having IVF to have more children. They don't even have sufficient living space for the child they have now. He and his wife are irresponsible and don't deserve children. Him, his wife and some of the idiots on there posting about their own poor choices and anger about conception are what is wrong with this world.

I feel bad for those twins - they should give them up for adoption to a family that will love them, who already love the idea of having them. They should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting. UGH that makes me SO MAD!

I'm pro-life, but I have a heart and understand there are reasons why someone may need to abort .... but anyone who uses abortion as birth control should be aborted themselves.
