I woke up this morning and thought, what am I doing?? I've basically sat on my butt for the past 13 months that my little boy has been around doing nothing to shift the baby weight!!! No dieting, no exercise, nada!

So...

I figured this would be a really good place to start!

In this diary I'm going to record my weight-loss (hopefully!) and set realistic targets for myself to set to achieve!

I will also note down the meals I have eaten on a daily basis and any walks/classes/wii fit time I have done too!

So, lets get started!

Friday, 12 June

WEIGHT - 10st 4lbs
BMI - 26.2

BUST -36"
WAIST - 34"
HIPS - 38.5"
THIGHS - 41.5"
ARMS - 12"

BREAKFAST
Mixed berry porridge
Cup of tea - milk, no sugar
 
Ok, not had a good start :(
On Saturday we went to the Deep Sea Life Centre and I ate chips and a hotdog!
Then yesterday, I had rasperry & apple crumble with ice-cream after my tea!
But never the less, I'm back on course today!
So far I've had...

Breakfast - Banana and clementine with cup of tea, milk, no sugar
Lunch - Tomato & cheese pasta & apple. Glass of fresh orange juice

I'm feeling really confident today!! :)
