I woke up this morning and thought, what am I doing?? I've basically sat on my butt for the past 13 months that my little boy has been around doing nothing to shift the baby weight!!! No dieting, no exercise, nada!
So...
I figured this would be a really good place to start!
In this diary I'm going to record my weight-loss (hopefully!) and set realistic targets for myself to set to achieve!
I will also note down the meals I have eaten on a daily basis and any walks/classes/wii fit time I have done too!
So, lets get started!
