i am furious, at what point is this low life going to stop, clearly he wants no contact as he changed his number, as you do when you have a kid with someone.

so the latest to add to my story, which i think should turn into film someday.

i wrote a thread about how i loved the csa, fob and me agreed 200 a month but he lied and said he rang the csa and they said he had to pay 156. anyway the csa actually said he didnt ring he has to pay 225 a month and back date 5weeks.

so he decides not to back date and put 200 a month in my account, changes his number so he thinks i cant say anything about it. i am furious, not by money but the fact he thinks he is above the law to ignore this.

so he thought he got away with me not getting in contact with him, until i decided to message his "lovely" girlfriend the one who was just his "friend" when i was still with him but thought was her place to say 'should you really be haing a baby your not with' the first time i met her... to offer him the advice that its not the end of the world doing what he was doing to my daughter, and my favourite quote just because he consented to having sex doesnt mean he consents to being a dad... yes and this is a woman, where its beyond me how another woman could encourage someone to do what he has done to another woman and most importantly an innocent child.... and get this she is a teacher....

i wrote this before i realised he hadnt back dated either.

so basically has anyone been in similar situation with the csa, will they fight for my corner.
im not going to ask about karma because im learning the hard way they isnt

Contact the CSA, they will do all the work for you. They most certainly will not let it drop either.

Try not to get into slanging matches with them because I did that and when I had to involve the police, they basically said I am as bad as them and need to stop contacting them. Keep your head high and let those losers hurt each other, because if he can do this to you and his child, she has no hope.

i do remember your post about that, did it get sorted.
i did message csa straight after, i do know they are pretty good, they will phone me back tomorrow. how will they be able to ring him if hes changed his number?
it makes me so angry that this was the law put on paper and sent out to both of us and he thinks hes above it. if anything after what he done he could give her alittle more.
shes disgusting but frankly im glad shes with him, he lies so much she has mug written on her face.
i honestly didnt believe people do this to people, im gob smacked by it all

They will be able to track him down, they can even do it with someone abroad. Don't worry, he is legally obliged to pay, he will not get away with it.

Everything is up in the air with me I'm afraid. Worried sick what is coming next but I just need to put all that energy into making Scarlett happy.

I am choosing not to involve the CSA with ex because he isn't working anyway and I don't want him to have a hold over us for the sake of a few quid a week.

Bloody men, they make me sick.

They will get what/who they deserve, and so will we. When we meet someone new who restores our faith in men, they will be in the gutter, and a distant memory.

god i know he is already getting it, he is known to be the biggest scumbag, and people cant stand him, including his friends! i know that my little girl is much more better without him, seriously who would want him around, she is extremely happy little girl, growing up in a happy house and has never heard arguements. on the other hand if i was still with him she would be growing up in different envornment.
the only thing i want is for him to pay for her what is is entitled to, which to be frank is nothing. when i go back to work nursery fees, clothes and food 225 is nothing.

i question how i managed to spend 4years living with this creep, although i did no what a liar asshole he was towards the end

Yeah hun, stop getting yourself so stressed about a man that is not worth an ounce of your tears, truly. He is still having an effect on you, he's still having the last say by upsetting you all the time. Dont allow it. thank you, i am alot stronger, i was furious for like 10mins, this used to get me down for days. but already i see the postive from this, the csa wll now take it from his wage and it will have on his payslip every month. i honesly now see the postive from every situation rather than the negative. i guess the main reason is violet is now bigger and now i can see how happy she is and we have such a bond that will never be broke.
to be honest, i dont even have days where i hate him other than when hes doing shady things like this, and im frustrated by him. i am thankful he walked out on us, if he didnt i would be stuck in an unhappy relationship, and i know he would of been mean to violet if shes cries and woke him up, i know this from experience as he would thump me if i moved too much in the night or took up room. so yes i see the positive in what hes done my daughter gets to have a happy life, something he would never of provided for her

I would ask the CSA to deal directly with him now Hun, my fob of my 3 kids owed maintenance in back pay and they just started automatically taking it from his pay packet each week, with out warning too. What a nice surprise that would be for him eh he won't be able to ignore his lo's existence then, and I liked your message to his new gf , but (and I should follow my own advice ) what the others have said try not to get into a slanting match with them if you can, you are better than them

thank you, i have once i calmed down and logic kicked in i emailed csa straight away,
to be honest i was planning to get back in contact with them as it stated on the letter that we could sort this between us, which i find rather funny given how i know what a slimball he is.
