Another Robitussin question

I posted earlier about brownish cm while taking Robitussin the first day. Took it today as well, and have gotten two pretty bad nosebleeds. I'm starting to think there's a problem. Anyone experienced anything like this before?

No but maybe u should try the pills instead of the cough medicine
