So I got MA with Amelia and it was based on the earnings from the last job I had.
This was good pay.

Now when I'm due to go on maternity leave with number two I can apply for SMP as I'm now in part time employment.

How is this worked out?
Something along the lines of 90% of earning or "£000" whichever is lowest?

Can anyone shed some light and make it a bit simple for me? Thanks in advance xxx

Hoya,

This is a really good website for looking at how much you get and how things are calculated

https://www.dwp.gov.uk/publications...nity/statutory-maternity-pay-smp/eligibility/

Here is a calculator so you can see how much you're likely to get

https://www.hmrc.gov.uk/calcs/smp.htm

Xx
