Doc hasn't gave me it neither has my midwife ,
Was wondering can i buy it or should I contact them ?
Who should I contact if them lol
My minds in a muddle

Have you had your pre op assessment with the anathestist yet? I got given mine by them the day before my c section.

i had 2 emcs so never had it and never had any problems

I had two emcs and never had any either. Didn't know you were supposed to have any.

It will depend on your surgeon/anesthetist/consultant. They all have their own preferences and some like antacids and some dislike them.

The notes I have been given from hospital say if I don't take it the night before and on the morning of my section then it won't happen.

I was planning on asking for it when I have my pre op assessment if they don't provide it then I will go see the pharmacist.
