antibiotics and early pregnancy

I have been on 2 different antibiotics for 4 days now.

I took a urine pregnancy test on Thursday 1/2/14 at the doctor's office and it came back Negative

My period was supposed to arrive on Saturday 1/3/14 and did not come

I took a HPT on 1/6/14 and it is positive. Going for a blood test soon.

Can Ciprofloxacin and Flagyl antibiotics cause false positive?

Can these antibiotics harm a pregnancy?

Flagyl is not listed but Cipro is on my list from my OB of medications not allowed during pregnancy. Buuut, as pp said, you are very early.
