I have a VERY low supply due to surgery. I've started taking domperidone to increase it, with good results, then allergies hit. My supply has completely dwindled over 2 days- couldn't figure out why, then I realized that I've started taking allergy medicine. I looked it up and the medicine I've taken could reduce supply because it can block prolactin.

I've heard of other anti-histamines doing this as well, even if only anecdotally, or that some anti-histamines are paired with decongestants that effect supply. Can anyone suggest an anti-histamine that's worked for you?

I'm not sure where you are but there is an anti-histamine info sheet here - https://www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/drugs-in-breastmilk-information-and-factsheets.html. If you're not in the UK I'd just google to see the equivalent brands etc wherever you are.
