Antiphospholipid syndrome

My first IgG cardiolipin result returned at 17, my second 12. GP says points to APS but online says below 14 is considered a negative result. My second igM result was 0.80. Can anyone advise? This isn’t helping my anxiety and he left me with a referral to rheumatology and a warning if I develop symptoms of a blood clot I need to get help right away. Doesn’t fill me with confidence

I don't know anything about it besides that they prescribe low dose aspirin therapy for women ttc with aps to combat the blood clots. Good luck
