DH and I just found out that high levels of antisperm antibodies are what is causing our struggles. We are waiting for some follow up testing before returning to our RE in July. Sounds like he is suggesting we start with IUI and then if that is unsuccessful we would moved to IVF/ICSI. There is not much on the web in terms of forums or info so I am wondering if anyone has experience with a similar issues and if anything has helped or made you sucessful?
