Antisperm antibodies???

We've just found out dh has 100% antisperm antibodies, this showed up on 3 separate samples. I know this is bad news and am pretty devastated by it. Has anyone else had this, what has your experience been? Thanks

Sorry for the bad news! I don't know much if anything about antibodies...was this a special test they ran outside of a standard sperm analysis? Have they offered any solutions for you?

Feeling very sad for you!!
It affects sperm in several different ways. Some antibody will cause sperm to stick together and this sperm clump together in huge masses and are unable to migrate through the cervix and uterus. And also other ways it will impact on sperm quality and chances of getting pregnant is very less. There some treatment available it may help you such as corticosteroid, it will help to suppress the antibody production other one is in vitro fertilization (IVF) known as intracytoplasmic sperm injection. Your doctor will suggest best option based on the condition
