Anxiety meds

Hey ladies...
I was diagnosed with anxiety problems and put on lexamil tablets. Know i will need to come off them before TTC, but would love to hear anybody with similar story or experience? What did you do?

I have been in the past on anxiety meds, and all I can say is if you can go off them with more time the better. If not, if you get pregnant quickly, more than likely you will have anxiety while being pregnant. Try to sort yourself out beforehand would be my advice and find ways of living with your anxiety and without the tablets for a year before TTC. Hope this helps XXX

I'm on citalapram but come off them myself to try and deal with my anxiety/depression in my own ways cuz u feel like a druggy lol
