I am having a lot of anxiety with this pregnancy (having m/c before, recently in April). This is causing me some anxiety which has been getting in the way of falling asleep at night even though I am tired. I have been on anxiety medication in the past but would prefer to avoid drugs. I am thinking of seeing a naturopath.
Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I am hoping the anxiety lessens as the pregnancy progresses bit until then I need rest!
