Any good suggestions on vitamins for hubby and I? Were not sure what's good for sperm?

Depends if you're preggers or not. Your other post looks like a double line to me-in which case congrats.Folic acid is proven to help sperm & prevent m/c. Pregvit is he vit I like as it splits the calcium from the iron so they're less likely to bind together leaving you without enough iron while constipating you.

A regular multi-vitamin can be good for your DH to take to improve sperm count, motility and quality. I found it was easier to get my DH to take that vs fertility supplements (I think it was an affront to his manhood to suggest something was wrong with his sperm) and I noticed a real difference in...production within a few weeks. Just make sure it contains Zinc, Vitamin C, B6, B12, Selenium, and Magnesium, as these are the main vitamins that have an effect on the sperm.

Increasing the amount of red meat/pork DH eats is also good, as it contains L-arginine and L-Carnitine, which are both excellent for count/quality as well. L-arginine and L-carnitine can be found in pill form too. Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is also good for production, motility and quality.

I hope this helps. :)

Nope it was a bad evap, his sperm has just been clumpy lately and I just need to know what he needs to take ! Thanks ladies :)

Is he dehydrated or drinking lots of coffee/alcohol or caffeinated pop? Macca and frolic acid are proven and I'm sure a multivitamin wouldn't hurt either.

What the other ladies said. Plus I have my hubs on fertilaid and count boost. Sounds like he's dehydrated though. My RE suggested the fertilaid

Thanks ladies, we picked up some folic acid 1000 mcg.from gnc also got some good multivits and some vitamin C also a case of water :)
