Any African Americans or Afro Carribbeans Hair issues

Sorry I don't mean to be seclusive its just I need their opinions

Hair breakage - post partum hair shedding is wreaking havoc on my once long (below shoulders) thick hair. I am now left with thin hair..lots of split ends and its about neck length... altogether shameful looking. I'm breast feeding and baby takes about 11days to poo on a good day...taking any kind of vitamins will not work now as they have iron and that constipates her..making the no poo stretch even longer.

I've just invested in aphogee and keracare and about to start my journey to growth..at home as we are on a budget so I can't afford to go the salon weekky for treatments and there is no one to leave the baby with

Any one in same situation or have any tips? ??
