Hmm I don't know, just had a look on google and I'm thinking girl but I'm probably looking at the wrong bits!

I'm going off of picture 1, picture 2 I'm not sure whether there is a nub there or not as babies leg is in the way. The reason I guess boy is that it looks to have stacking
