Any hope for baby with low heart rate?

After three losses this is the first time to see a heartbeat! The overwhelming joy was immediately replaced with dread when she said the heart was beating at just 79 bpm. According to LMP I should have been 7+5, but baby measured 6+1.

Wondering if any of you have had experience with this situation or know of any babies who turned the corner and later had a normal heart rate?

I am beyond terrified, I was just getting a handle on my emotions, prepared myself for another loss and then saw the precious heart beat. This will be absolutely terrible to lose this one. Ugh.

I was taking the beta blocker Propranolol, which lowers MY blood pressure and heart rate, so praying this caused the baby to have a slow heart rate. I quit that medication that day.

I still feel so pregnant. Hanging on to every shred of hope I can find. I would love to hear from you all.

Hi I would try not to worry yet, baby's heart rates when they start to beat always start of low then they speed up as the days/weeks go by..

I have the follow-up tomorrow, thank God. The doc wanted to wait two weeks and I told him I couldn't handle that long. So he reluctantly relented and allowed one week.
I'm pretty much obsessed with the whole thing, can't think of much else. Can't sleep. I'm trying to remain hopeful, while preparing for the worst.

Try not to worry too much. My first daughter measured smaller and had a lower heart rate.
She was born healthy and 7lbs

I'm so sorry. All the pregnancies I lost were very similar. Measuring behind and low heart rates. One seemed to catch up for awhile but then I lost it anyways.

Oh God, I am so, so sorry. I remember when you went through the BO this summer and I was praying so hard that you would have good news at this scan. I am almost in tears for you. I can't believe you have to suffer through this yet again. Please know that you and your angel are in my thoughts and prayers.
