Of the names on your list, I like Albie and Sebastian, with thing they would work well with the names of your older too. Sebastian is my favourite and the Ted/Seb thing wouldn't put me off (my 2 are Benjamin and Sebastian so Ben/Seb is a similar issue but has never bothered me).

I love Isobel but has become a little too popular for my liking, but if you regret not using it previously then go for it. I also think Clara is lovely, and possibly a better match to your other names. Before you mentioned middle names, Alice actually came to mind as a name that would match well.

Out of your lists names that I already adore and consider for my next are

Albie (heart!!!)

And

Mabel - this is the most pretty gorgeous name and matches Theodore and Violet perfectly.

That being said I think you HAVE to go for Isobel. I love that name also. But it's like me, I've always loved Lily and every time I'm pregnant I flirt with the idea of many girls names, but I know that if I did ever have a girl she would have to be Lily. It might be popular or 'common' but I just love it. If you've thought of Isobel since your daughter was born then that's the name for you!

Naming a child a name you KNOW is right regardless of popularity is very uplifting
