any of u ladies have names in mind. or middle names

We are not going to find out (or at least try not too-- DH said if it is completely obvious on a scan and we figure it out that's okay-- but we aren't going to ask to know). Anyway. If we have a girl the name will be Louise Marie and if we have a boy it will be Bruce Henry. First names and middle names are all after family members.

thats pretty neat! :) and it could go both ways lol. marie louise and henry bruce :p . And its thoughtful to name them after your family members

And you make me think whether or not I want to ask the gender of my baby(God willing I carry full term a healthy baby) . interesting. i think it would make me so anxious not knowing. I had a friend who didnt want any baby decor that was pink or blue. She wanted everything unisex instead. So a lot of yellows and browns were used. Will you and ur hubby do something like that in terms of decorating the baby room?

We are going to paint the room either a light or medium gray color and use either green or orange as the accent color. But it would only be in the blinds and stuff so that way we can swap the colors later on easily. He said if it's a boy and we have the gray on the wall we can then go and do a space type theme and get decals to stick on. If it's a girl we can do more of a flowery type thing (I hate flowers so I think he is nuts and we may need to search a bit harder for ideas on that one :haha:) We don't want to do pink or blue. But we like greens, orange and yellow (but not too much yellow)

We won't find out the sex either but we've already got two boys so I personally am pretty certain this will be our third boy. I had my heart set on the name Owen but a friend just named her baby that so now I'd love to use the name Leighton but my oh keeps saying no. We have also discussed using my dad's name as a middle name but that's not a definitie

lol. nice plan... i like how ur hubby is so involved with ideas.

Yep XD Leon Robert for a boy and for a girl well that one keeps changing since we struggle with a girl name we love. Alison Rose is currently the girls name

I love the names lannister for a boy or karlessi for a girl (no guessing were i got those from lol)

Yup. Got ours picked out. I got the official OK yesterday on my boy name.

Girl will be Laken Rae (pronounced lay-kin)
Boy will be Colby Ray

I've had negative feedback on here with the name Laken as a lot of the UK ladies say it sounds made up, but I do not care. Both dh and I love it and have had positive feedback among family and friends.

I personally love laken.

For us girl is Aislynn Joy and a boy is Brallan Michael

Aww thank you! I fell in love with the name years ago and won't budge on it. Poor dh didn't have a choice lol

Still have lord of time to change my mind but so far I'm thinking:
Harris Robert
Flynn Robert
Alec Robert
(Robert is hubs' name)

Girls:
Harriet
Gwyneth (Gwenny)
Not sure on girl middle names yet

I'm in the uk and have heard of the name laken, I know of a lady who is called it in fact, I think it's a lovely name

Thank you! Its nice to hear some positive comments about it on here finally!

I have a solid girl name I definitely want to use...my partner likes it but I think he'll want to play with others before settling on it. For boys we have a few ideas but nothing concrete.

We will be going Northern Lights hunting during my pregnancy (Already booked) so if it is a girl she will definitely have the middle name Aurora.

Totally stumped when it comes to boys names as my son has the only boys name me and DH actually liked lol

We have names.

We decided on a boy's name a while ago. We decided on Dante Orion. I wanted Orion and he wanted Dante. We're pretty nerdy people and the baby's initials would be DOS so...we couldn't help ourselves.

DH wanted to name a girl after his grandmother. My best friend took my middle name for her daughter and I plan on doing the same. So the name would be Ellie Marie.

A lot of lovely names in here!

I hate how people say negative things about names others pick out. :(

My family can be like that sometimes. When we announced our name last time I told them that it was set so if they had a negative comment to keep it to themselves. I will do the same this time.

DH and I love the name Rylan for either gender. :)
