Hi All! I am finally ready to find some bump buddies...I think, lol. I have my 16 wk apt tomorrow and am sooo nervous about it! Hoping for only good news and a good HB!!
I have a adorable almost 3 yr old, and with her the perfect pregnancy and birth! Then in Sept 2011 I had a mc at 11 wks (only measured 5/6 wks though) due to blighted ovum, and then a chemical this past May. We had been trying for 4 months, so it was so hard for it to just end again... We are stationed in Germany and went home to the states for a visit June-July, and agreed not to try with all the travel and family around
. I didnt even bring any opks or my digital ovulation monitor...not to mention we only bd twice the whole month of June...So imagine my surprise when I did a hpt at the end of June and it came up BFP!!! We were totally surprised and scared, but happy. We rushed to an urgent care and had bloodwork done to test hcg and progesterone levels, all looked ok, and then they referred me to a OB doc I could go to while home! I had been taking low dose asprin and b6 since the chemical, so not sure if that played a part...but just in case, I am still taking both!
The last week we were home, at 6wks I got an early scan done and got to see a fetal pole and all looked good! Little bean was right where it should be!! Once home and I finally got into the OB here (it is sooo overbooked here that we get apts every 6wks
...talk about staying a nervous nelly!!!) But anyway, we had a 12 wk scan done and everything still looked great, little bean HB was 180! Tomorrow is my 16wk apt, pretty sure they will just check for the HB and then we get the 18-22 wk ultrasound scheduled!
Anway, Just wondering if anyone was around the same time as me and how yall are holding up?! I have had plenty of panic attacks and worries...hubby is constantly having to calm me down, lol. I worry at the least little thing and the least little symptom or should I say lack of symptom! At least I am getting a belly...that makes me feel like everything is progressing ok, but waiting on those little flutters! I will check back in after my apt tomorrow! Praying for a good visit!!
