I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old. Initially i said no to more children but our circumstances have changed so would like another. But im scared of loosing my skills with taking a year off each time. I need to find a new job as cant go back to current job, but its made me think should i have my final baby at the end of this leave meaning i would be entitled to MAT pay. Or get a new job and wait a few years? Im only 26 so age isnt an issue. Anyone any advice?
