I have pcos and i am now TTC number 2 and i just wanted abit of advice really!
Iv started the pregnacare plus vits with eveing primrose oil that has it own multi vits in aswell!
Just wanted to make sure im doing the right thing??
Iv just had my withdrawal bleed from the mini pill so i dont know my ov date! Before my cycles were around 35-37 days!
Iv been looking at soy suppliments and i wonderd if enyone had, had eny joy with them!
I used to have reflexology and i got pregnant but miscarried so i went on to acupuncture and the first month i got pregnant with my son but i cant really afford £50 a week for it!
Im really worried its going to take years again!
