Any runners on here?

I recently joined Nike+ https://nikerunning.nike.com/

They have a competition, men vs women as to who can run the most distance, and at the minute women are losing by a fair margin! So help womankind, and register and log in your runs!

If you can download apps to your phone, there is the Nike+ app which when you finish a run it will automatically update online for you.

You can do all sorts, use a 'coach' to help you run a 5km or 10km, start running for the first time, log routes around your area, challenge other people to runs, set yourself goals and lots more. So addictive!

I've started running lately. I've had a bit of crap 2 weeks though and haven't been out. I was doing that couch-5k plan. I was doing really well and enjoying it too. This might inspire me to start again

I have to say, since I joined I've been out running everyday. It's been SO motivating, and I'd lost all my motivation and hadn't run for about a month. I hate running too. Would much rather do something like circuits instead!
