Any success stories after recurrent losses?

I had 4 miscarriages in 9 months (1 mmc, 1 chemical and two where nothing developed but hcg just lingered at low levels for weeks) and while on a break in order to give my body some time to recover as well as to pursue further testing I conceived this baby by accident due to losing track of my cycle.
Before my fourth loss I started progesterone cream and a gluten free diet (naturopath recommended I go gluten free due to gut issues and possible thyroid issues but as my tsh is normal my Dr won't test my thyroid further, plus I have a family history of celiac and other autoimmune conditions so gluten free made sense). Oh and before the 4th pregnancy I had also switched my prenatal to a whole foods based one instead of one containing folic acid in case mthfr was an issue for me (again my Dr wouldn't test for it as she'd never heard of it... She's no longer my Dr)

After my fourth loss I started taking baby aspirin daily, started progesterone cream from the day of bfp, and started having weekly acupuncture after hearing acupuncture working for a couple of women who had similar experiences to me with hcg not rising. Anyway no idea of it was fluke or if one of those changes made an impact for me, but I'm 19 weeks with a wriggling baby I've been feeling for 9 weeks already and I know this baby is my rainbow.

3 losses around 6 weeks, no kids, early 30s.
I saw a specialist and they discovered I had a mild thyroid issue (taking medication now, all ok) and that I was ovulating, but "weakly".

They were going to give me FSH shots that would induce a stronger ovulation, but I became pregnant before that happened and this one stuck. In the end they said it was just "bad luck" and we had to wait for both a good egg and sperm to meet.

I also had HSG done and I think that helped. They put a special "ink" in your uterus to make it visible and make sure your tubes are no closed/obstructed. The odd thing is it seems a LOT of women get pregnant the same cycle after having this done. It's like it "clears up any cobwebs".

Apart from the HSG the only thing that was different was they gave me progesterone suppositories, just in case, and I used them until 12 weeks or so.

And I was terrified for the entire pregnancy, I just couldn't believe I might actually get my baby, but here he is.

Hang in there. I know how much this sucks but I'd do it all again for my son.

I had my first son then 4 losses at around 6-8 weeks then I had a successful pregnancy and had another son and 22 mo the later delivered ANOTHER son, he is now 26 months this and I am pregnant again!

So sorry for your losses. :hugs:
We lost 5 pregnancies before this little man. We did fertility testing and everything was normal. The only explanation was that I had a mirena that failed (got pregnant with it in and that was the beginning of the mc's). It probably weakened my cervix so this time around when I was able to hit 16 weeks, I had a high risk scan that showed I was already very short, thin and soft. I had a stitch put in and he's doing great so far!

I'm still unnerved why we had so many first tri losses but so thankful for our miracle!
